With a background in building, managing,and delivering the creative vision for some of the biggest touring artists in the world, we manage delicate and intricate relationships with tact and ease.

Initial meeting to get an idea of your needs and gather some basic insights to perform a feasibility assessment, where we would perform a light touch review over 1—2 weeks, based on preliminary information gathered in our meeting to establish and report which services would be of benefit to you.
DEEP–DIVE

After the discovery period and establishing feasibility the next steps would be to gather high level data from your departments to conduct an in-depth overview of your position by analysing your data, we can benchmark you against industry peers and competitors allowing us to create a strategy which will optimise and streamline your operations.
DELIVERY

Once we have the full picture from our findings we would like to support your next phase by setting financial targets and actioning the new or revised operational strategy to strike the magic balance between profiting and producing quality productions.

Pre-Production:
– Where necessary conduct site visits with production personnel to develop accurate concept desin drawing(s), rendering(s), reference(s) and written descriptions reasonably necessary to communicate and allow Vendor(s) to quote for Automation systems, Rigging systems, Laser effects systems and Special effects systems
Vendor Bidding/Quoting:
– Manage bidding/quoting process between vendor(s) and the client
Contracting:
– Provide contracting details between vendor(s) and the client’s accounting and legal team
Touring Personnel:
– Support existing production personnel with guidance on changes to structure and    processes
– Where necessary procure tour & production personnel
Fabrication:
– Where necessary conduct shop visits with production personnel to ensure artistic integrity of creative elements
Event Operations:
– Assist production team with rehearsal, tech rehearsal requirements, personnel management, vendor management, travel, logistics and scheduling
Event Delivery/Broadcast:
– Provide an on-site The Live Dept. team member during rehearsal and tech rehearsal period, including at least Tour or Production Director(s)
– Confirm vendor(s) / build design packet
– Assist production team on managing light programming delivery
– Assist production team on managing visual(s) delivery to server(s)
– Assist production team on managing laser programming delivery
– Assist production team on managing SFX programming delivery
– Manage the liaison with creative team and production team regarding staging and artistic use of stage spaces
– Manage liaison between the creative team and vendor(s) regarding artistic use of automation system(s)
– Manage the liaison between the creative team, fabrication and video vendor, visual content studio and directors, regarding artistic use of multimedia surfaces
– Manage schedule of show flow, and transitions
– Approve artistic integrity of show with the client prior to event delivery/broadcast
– Manage liaison between live production team and broadcast team regarding scheduling and delivery
